Bootcamp for Beginners

SRDI Bootcamp for beginners is for woman and girls aged 12+ years who would love to be involved in a Bootcamp but may feel that they need to build up their fitness before diving into an advanced Bootcamp group.
This 10 week programme will improve your fitness, endurance, strength and stamina gradually over the sessions, everything will be achievable but you’ll be encouraged and motivated to take yourself to the next level.
It is structured so the intensity will increase over the course of the 10 weeks but so will your fitness, by the end of the programme you will be performing in a way that you couldn’t have imagined you would be at week one, giving you the confidence to carry on and be signposted to another friendly Bootcamp session where you will be ready to jump in feet first.
