An exercise session for mums wanting to get back into shape after having a baby!
Fit2push: Each session consists of power walking/light jogging and resistance exercises to tone those troublesome areas.
Fit2push Runners: These sessions will teach you how to run 3 miles by teaching you all the different skills, knowledge and techniques you will need.
No need for childcare – bring your baby in their buggy!
5 sessions for £10. You can join anytime just simply book online and turn up.
